Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Soak the rice, urad dal, and fenugreek seeds in water for 4-5 hours.
  2. Drain the water and grind the mixture into a smooth batter. Add water as needed.
  3. Add salt to the batter and mix well. Leave the batter to ferment overnight.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
  5. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it out in a circular motion to make a thin crepe.
  6. Cook the dosa on medium heat until it becomes crisp and golden brown.
  7. Fold the dosa in a manner that it resembles a paper roll.
  8. Serve the Paper Dosa hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
