Pan Seared Salmon with Butter Sauce

Let's Get Started

  1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter.
  3. Once the butter has melted, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, skin side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Flip the salmon fillets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
  7. Add the lemon juice to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
  8. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
  9. Pour the butter sauce over the cooked salmon fillets.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
