- Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon

- Anchovies - 8 fillets
- Black olives - 1/2 cup, pitted and sliced
- Green bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
- Red onion - 1, thinly sliced

- Tuna - 2 cans, drained
- French bread - 1 loaf
Let's Get Started
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the vinaigrette on both halves of the bread.
- Layer the tuna, hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, red onion, green bell pepper, black olives, and anchovies on the bottom half of the bread.
