  1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 15 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  5. Push the chicken to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs and cook until set.
  6. Add the noodles and sauce to the pan and stir to combine.
  7. Add the Chinese broccoli and cook until wilted.
  8. Serve hot.
