Oven Broiled Porterhouse Steak with Garlic Parmesan Potatoes and Steamed Broccoli

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat your oven's broiler and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Season the porterhouse steak with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Broil the steak in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
  4. While the steak is broiling, toss the diced potatoes with the minced garlic, olive oil, and half of the grated parmesan cheese. Spread out on a separate baking sheet.
  5. Once the steak is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest. Turn the oven to 400°F and bake the potatoes for 20 minutes, or until crispy and golden.
  6. While the potatoes are baking, steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes.
  7. Once the potatoes are done, sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese.
  8. Serve the broiled porterhouse steak with the garlic parmesan potatoes and steamed broccoli on the side.
