Orange and Almond Butter Cake
This moist and flavorful cake is made with fresh oranges and almond butter.

- Powdered sugar - For dusting
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Almond flour - 1 1/2 cups
- Eggs - 3
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Almond butter - 1 cup
- Oranges - 2 medium, zest and juice

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the almond butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in the orange zest and juice.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
