Onion Stuffed Peppers

- Shredded cheese - 1 cup
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Tomato sauce - 1 cup
- Cooked rice - 2 cups
- Ground beef - 1 pound
- Onions - 2, finely chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Bell peppers - 4, tops cut off and seeds removed

- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
