Onion and Mushroom Quiche

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, mushrooms, and garlic and cook until the onions are caramelized and the mushrooms are tender.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the onion and mushroom mixture evenly over the bottom of the pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over the top.
  5. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top of the quiche.
  6. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is lightly browned.
  7. Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
