Quiche
This delicious spinach and mushroom quiche is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a light dinner.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Milk - 1 cup
- Eggs - 4
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1/2 cup, chopped
- Mushrooms - 1 cup, sliced
- Spinach - 2 cups, fresh or frozen
- Pie crust - 1, store-bought or homemade
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Roll out the pie crust and press it into a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a skillet, sauté the mushrooms, onion, and garlic until softened.
- Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool.
