Onion and Bacon Tart

- Pre-made pie crust - 1
- Gruyere cheese - 1 cup, grated
- Heavy cream - 1 cup
- Eggs - 3
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Onions - 2 large, thinly sliced
- Bacon - 6 slices

- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside.
