Onion and Cheese Tart

- Pre-made pie crust - 1
- Gruyere cheese - 1 cup, grated
- Heavy cream - 1 cup
- Eggs - 3
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onions - 3 large, thinly sliced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, garlic, salt, and pepper and cook until the onions are caramelized, about 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream. Stir in the caramelized onions and grated cheese.
