Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Place the puff pastry sheets on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the milk, sugar, and vanilla extract over medium heat until it comes to a simmer. Remove from heat.
  4. Break the baked puff pastry sheets into small pieces and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped almonds, pistachios, raisins, and coconut flakes over the puff pastry.
  6. Pour the hot milk mixture over the puff pastry and nuts. Let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the pastry to absorb the milk.
  7. Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top.
  8. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and the milk is absorbed.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
