  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, eggs, and water until smooth.
  2. Add the cabbage, green onions, and pork belly to the batter and stir until well combined.
  3. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a ladleful of the batter.
  4. Spread the batter into a round pancake and cook until golden brown on the bottom, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Flip the pancake and cook until the other side is golden brown and the pancake is cooked through, about 3-4 minutes more.
  6. Transfer the pancake to a plate and drizzle with okonomiyaki sauce and Japanese mayonnaise.
  7. Sprinkle with aonori and katsuobushi before serving.
