  2. Add the cabbage, green onions, and pork belly to the batter and mix well.
  3. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a ladleful of the batter.
  4. Spread the batter into a pancake shape and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown.
  5. Flip the pancake and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the other side is golden brown.
  6. Transfer the pancake to a plate and drizzle with okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise.
  7. Garnish with bonito flakes and pickled ginger before serving.
