Ingredients - Serves 4
- Pickled ginger - To garnish
- Bonito flakes - To garnish

- Cooked pork belly - 1/2 cup, thinly sliced
- Green onions - 4, finely chopped

Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, eggs, and water until smooth.
- Add the cabbage, green onions, and pork belly to the batter and mix well.
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a ladleful of the batter.
- Spread the batter into a pancake shape and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip the pancake and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the other side is golden brown.
