Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, flour, water, eggs, green onions, bacon, and tenkasu. Mix well.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Grease with oil or cooking spray.
  3. Pour a portion of the batter onto the skillet and spread it into a round shape, about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown. Flip the okonomiyaki and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter to make more okonomiyaki.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Serve the cooked okonomiyaki with a drizzle of mayonnaise, a sprinkle of bonito flakes, aonori, and the soy sauce mixture.
  8. Enjoy hot!
