Oats Dosa

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Grind the rolled oats into a fine powder.
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground oats, rice flour, curd, green chillies, cumin seeds, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Add water gradually to make a batter of pouring consistency.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of the batter on it, spreading it in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
  5. Drizzle some oil around the edges and cook until the dosa turns golden brown.
  6. Flip the dosa and cook on the other side.
  7. Serve the oats dosa hot with chutney or sambar.
