Noodle Stir Fry
This delicious noodle stir fry is packed with vegetables and tossed in a flavorful sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Green onions - 2, sliced, for garnish
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Broccoli florets - 2 cups
- Carrots - 2, julienned
- Bell peppers - 2, thinly sliced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Noodles - 8 ounces
Let's Get Started
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli to the pan. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey to make the sauce.
