New York Style Cheesecake
This classic New York style cheesecake is rich, creamy, and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients - Serves 12
- Eggs - 4 large
- Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons
- Sour cream - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 1/2 cups
- Cream cheese - 32 oz, softened
- Butter - 1/2 cup, melted
- Graham cracker crumbs - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
