  3. Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each spring roll wrapper and roll tightly, sealing the edges with a little water.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large saucepan to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Fry the spring rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5 minutes.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauce.
