Nectarine and Mango Cobbler

- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Unsalted butter - 1/2 cup, cold and cubed
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Granulated sugar - 1/2 cup
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup
- Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons

- Mangoes - 2 cups, diced
- Nectarines - 4 cups, sliced
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced nectarines, diced mangoes, lemon juice, granulated sugar, and cornstarch. Toss until the fruits are well coated.
