Navratan Korma

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell goes away.
  3. Add the tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder and salt. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables, paneer, cashew nuts and raisins. Cook for a few minutes.
  5. Add enough water to make a gravy. Cover and cook until the vegetables are done.
  6. Stir in the fresh cream and remove from heat.
  7. Serve the Navratan Korma hot with naan or rice.
