Namuru

- Salt - To taste
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced

- Carrots - 1, julienned
- Bean sprouts - 1 cup
- Spinach - 1 bunch
Let's Get Started
- Blanch the spinach and bean sprouts separately in boiling water. Rinse under cold water and squeeze out excess water.
- In a large bowl, combine the blanched vegetables, julienned carrots, and cucumber.
- In a small bowl, mix together the sesame oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame seeds.
- Pour the sauce over the vegetables and mix well. Season with salt to taste.
- Let the vegetables marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
