- Ice cubes - As needed
- Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Vinegar - 2 tablespoons

- Pickled radish - 1/2 cup
- Boiled egg - 2, sliced
- Asian pear - 1, julienned
- Radish - 1, julienned
- Cucumber - 1, julienned
- Beef broth - 4 cups
- Buckwheat noodles - 200 grams
