- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Balsamic vinaigrette - 2 tablespoons
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup, grated
- Cherry tomatoes - 1/2 cup, halved
- Red onion - 1/4 cup, thinly sliced
- Baby spinach - 4 cups
- Walnuts - 1/2 cup, chopped
- Mixed mushrooms - 8 ounces, sliced
