Mushroom and Spinach Gratin

Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the mushrooms and garlic, and cook until the mushrooms are tender and golden, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle the flour over the mushroom and spinach mixture, and stir to coat.
  6. Slowly pour in the milk, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
