Mushroom and Bean Burrito
This delicious vegetarian burrito is filled with sautéed mushrooms, black beans, and flavorful spices.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salsa - 1/2 cup
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Tortillas - 2 large
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 medium, diced
- Black beans - 1 can, drained and rinsed
- Mushrooms - 8 ounces, sliced
Let's Get Started
- Heat some oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are tender and browned.
