Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place a tortilla on the griddle and sprinkle with a handful of shredded cheese.
  3. Add a layer of shredded chicken, beef, or pork on top of the cheese.
  4. Top with another tortilla and press down gently.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.
  6. Flip the mulita and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.
  7. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  8. Cut the mulitas into quarters and serve with salsa, guacamole, sour cream, chopped cilantro, and lime wedges.
