- Cilantro - A handful, chopped
- Palm oil - 2 tablespoons
- Coconut milk - 400 ml
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Tomatoes - 2, sliced
- Onion - 1, sliced
- Green bell pepper - 1, sliced
- Red bell pepper - 1, sliced
- Shrimp - 200 grams
- White fish fillets - 500 grams
Let's Get Started
- Season the fish and shrimp with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Heat the palm oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the onion, bell peppers, and garlic and sauté until soft.
- Add the tomatoes and cook until they start to break down.

- Pour in the coconut milk and bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Cover the pot and let it cook for about 20 minutes, until the fish and shrimp are cooked through.
