Mongolian Lamb

- Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1/4 cup
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lamb - 500g, thinly sliced
Let's Get Started
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the lamb and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
