- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- White miso paste - 2 tablespoons
- Potatoes - 4 large, grated

- Rinse the grated potatoes under cold water until the water runs clear. Squeeze out any excess water and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together the miso paste, soy sauce, and honey.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
