  1. Rinse the grated potatoes under cold water until the water runs clear. Squeeze out any excess water and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the miso paste, soy sauce, and honey.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the potatoes to the skillet and press them down with a spatula. Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 10 minutes.
  5. Flip the hashbrowns and cook for another 10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the other side.
  6. Drizzle the miso glaze over the hashbrowns and toss to coat.
