  1. Season the hake fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the hake fillets and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3 minutes per side. Remove the hake from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the white wine to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook until the wine has reduced by half, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the parsley, green peas, asparagus, and clams to the skillet. Cover and cook until the clams have opened, about 5 minutes.
  6. Return the hake to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the fillets. Cover and cook until the hake is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  7. Serve the hake with the sauce and vegetables.
