Linguini Clams Casino
A delicious seafood pasta dish with a hint of white wine and garlic.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Parsley - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Clams - 2 pounds, fresh
- White wine - 1/2 cup
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Linguini - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Cook the linguini according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the white wine to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Add the clams, cover, and cook until the clams have opened, about 7-10 minutes.
- Remove the clams from the skillet and set aside. Discard any clams that did not open.
- Add the butter to the skillet and stir until melted. Add the cooked linguini and toss to coat in the butter and garlic sauce.
- Add the clams back to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the linguini clams casino garnished with chopped parsley.
