Meatball Sub Sandwich
This delicious meatball sub sandwich is made with homemade meatballs, marinara sauce, and melted cheese, all served on a toasted sub roll.

- Fresh basil - For garnish
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Sub rolls - 4
- Marinara sauce - 2 cups
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Egg - 1
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup, grated
- Breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
- Ground beef - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
