- Onion powder - 1 tsp
- Garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp

- Chorizo - 1/2 lb

- Bread crumbs - 1 cup
- Ground beef - 1 lb
- Lamb - 1 lb
Let's Get Started
- Start the smoker and set it to 225 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix together the lamb, ground beef, chorizo, soy sauce, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the meat mixture into a loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf.
