  1. Clean the duck and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Let it marinate for 2 hours.
  2. In a pan, fry the bacon until it is crispy. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until they are soft.
  3. Add the bread crumbs, parsley, and eggs to the pan and mix well. This will be the stuffing for the duck.
