- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Eggs - 2
- Parsley - 1 bunch, chopped
- Bread crumbs - 2 cups
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced

- Bacon - 200 grams, chopped
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Duck - 1 whole
Let's Get Started
- Clean the duck and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Let it marinate for 2 hours.
- In a pan, fry the bacon until it is crispy. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until they are soft.
- Add the bread crumbs, parsley, and eggs to the pan and mix well. This will be the stuffing for the duck.
- Stuff the duck with the mixture and sew it closed. Place the duck in a roasting pan.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Drizzle the duck with olive oil and bake for about 3 hours, or until the duck is golden brown and fully cooked.
- Let the duck rest for a few minutes before carving. Serve with your favorite side dishes.
