Let's Get Started

  1. Soak the manioc leaves in water for a week, changing the water daily.
  2. After a week, boil the leaves for about 4 hours until they turn a dark green color.
  3. In a separate pot, cook all the meats together until tender.
  4. In a large pot, sauté the bacon, garlic, and onion until golden.
  5. Add the boiled manioc leaves and the cooked meats to the pot with the sautéed bacon, garlic, and onion.
  6. Add the chili pepper and cook for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve hot with rice.
