Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, eggs, and salt. Knead until a smooth dough forms. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough as thin as possible, then cut it into square shapes.
  3. In a food processor, combine the basil, garlic, pine nuts, and Parmesan. While the processor is running, slowly add the olive oil until a smooth pesto sauce forms.
  4. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes, or until al dente.
  5. Drain the pasta, reserving some of the pasta water.
  6. Toss the pasta with the pesto sauce, adding pasta water as needed to thin the sauce.
  7. Serve the pasta with extra Parmesan cheese on top.
