Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, mix together the grated paneer, mashed potatoes, green chillies, cornflour, and salt. Shape into balls and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the balls until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
  3. In the same oil, add the cumin seeds and let them splutter. Then add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  4. Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few more minutes. Then add the tomato puree, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
  5. Add the cream and garam masala to the masala and mix well. Cook for a few more minutes.
  6. Add the fried balls to the gravy and simmer for a few minutes until the balls absorb the gravy.
  7. Serve hot garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
