Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat a wok over medium heat and add the ground Sichuan peppercorns. Toast until fragrant, then remove and set aside.
  2. In the same wok, add the minced pork and cook until browned.
  3. Add the garlic, ginger, and doubanjiang to the wok and stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. Add the tofu, soy sauce, and chicken stock to the wok. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce has thickened.
  6. Sprinkle the toasted Sichuan peppercorns and chopped green onions over the top before serving.
