Lobster and Shrimp Ravioli

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, combine the lobster meat, shrimp, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and egg. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Roll out the pasta dough and cut into squares. Place a spoonful of the lobster and shrimp mixture in the center of each square. Fold the dough over to form a triangle, pressing the edges to seal.
  3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the ravioli and cook until they float to the top, about 3-4 minutes. Drain.
  4. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Add the white wine to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the wine has reduced by half.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5-6 minutes, until the sauce has thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Serve hot.
