- Rice noodles - 8 ounces, cooked

- Carrots - 2, thinly sliced
- Bok choy - 4 baby bok choy, halved
- Napa cabbage - 1/2 head, sliced
- Firm tofu - 8 ounces, cubed
- Shrimp - 1/2 pound, peeled and deveined
- Beef sirloin - 1 pound, thinly sliced
- Beef broth - 6 cups
