- Rice noodles - 1 cup, cooked
- Lettuce leaves - 8
- Fresh thai basil leaves - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Fresh cilantro leaves - 1/2 cup, chopped
- Fresh mint leaves - 1/2 cup, chopped
- Red onion - 1/2 cup, thinly sliced
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Ground chicken - 1 pound
