Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, garlic, coriander, cumin, turmeric, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the lamb cubes onto the soaked bamboo skewers.
