Lamb Gyros with Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Dill - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Greek yogurt - 1 cup
- Cucumbers - 1, diced
- Onions - 1, thinly sliced
- Tomatoes - 2, diced
- Lettuce - 1 cup, shredded
- Pita bread - 4 pieces
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lamb - 1 pound, thinly sliced
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the lamb, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the lamb and cook until it's browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
