Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions, garlic, and ginger. Cook until the onions are soft and golden, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the lamb cubes and cook until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.
  4. Add the tomatoes, yogurt, curry powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, and salt. Stir well to combine.
  5. Cover the pot and simmer for 1 hour, or until the lamb is tender.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
