Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped dill, salt, and black pepper over the salmon fillets.
  4. Top each fillet with a slice of lemon.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. While the salmon is baking, prepare the dill sauce.
  7. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  8. Add the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice to the saucepan.
  9. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
  10. Remove the salmon from the oven and serve hot, drizzled with the creamy dill sauce.
  11. Garnish with additional fresh dill, if desired.
