Kotlet Schabowy
Kotlet Schabowy is a traditional Polish dish made with breaded pork cutlets.

- Vegetable oil - 1/4 cup

- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Flour - 1/2 cup
- Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
- Eggs - 2
- Pork chops - 4 boneless, thick-cut
Let's Get Started
- Place the pork chops between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them with a meat mallet until they are about 1/4 inch thick.
- In a shallow dish, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- In another shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, flour, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each pork chop into the beaten eggs, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the breaded pork chops and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer the cooked pork chops to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve the Kotlet Schabowy hot with lemon wedges on the side.
