Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add the carrots and frozen peas to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until slightly softened.
  4. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the empty space.
  5. Scramble the eggs until cooked through, then mix them with the vegetables.
  6. Add the chopped kimchi to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, until heated through.
  7. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the other ingredients.
  8. Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil over the rice and mix well.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.
  11. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
