- Kimchi - 1 cup
- Corn tortillas - 8
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons

Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and lime juice to make the marinade.
- Place the flank steak in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
- Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or stovetop.
- Slice the grilled steak into thin strips.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a few slices of steak on each tortilla. Top with kimchi, chopped cilantro, and sliced green onions.
- Serve the Korean BBQ steak tacos with additional lime wedges and enjoy!
