Korean BBQ Steak Tacos

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and lime juice to make the marinade.
  2. Place the flank steak in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  4. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  5. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or stovetop.
  6. Slice the grilled steak into thin strips.
  7. Assemble the tacos by placing a few slices of steak on each tortilla. Top with kimchi, chopped cilantro, and sliced green onions.
  8. Serve the Korean BBQ steak tacos with additional lime wedges and enjoy!
