Kongekrabbe Med Majones
This is a traditional Norwegian dish featuring king crab served with homemade mayonnaise.

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Vegetable oil - 1 cup
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Egg yolks - 2
- King crab legs - 4 large
Let's Get Started
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the crab legs and cook for 5-7 minutes, until heated through. Drain and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, mustard, and lemon juice. Slowly drizzle in the oil, whisking constantly, until a thick mayonnaise forms. Season with salt and pepper.
- Crack the crab legs and remove the meat. Serve the crab meat with the homemade mayonnaise.
